Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about our enjoyable 1 night stay here. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of food. The staff were attentive and affable. The staff were amazingly friendly throughout the day. It's a stunningly beautiful and quiet hotel with a very central location. It's just next door to the center, the old town of Veliko Tarnovo.

The staff we met was excellent and efficient. the property's location was perfect and nice, willing to use local transport. - the lobby bar was nice.
